National Adhesive Inc. responsibility extends far beyond manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of National Adhesive Inc. products. The user of a National Adhesive Inc. product will be provided with prompt, convenient, expert, courteous service, and competitive pricing and product availability. Product literature will be factual, concise, and easy to understand so that each customer will have adequate data for use, maintenance, and warranties.

National Adhesive Inc. will maintain adequate programs for product design, manufacture, testing, quality assurance, and service which will exceed existing private and governmental standards for safety, quality, and reliability.

National Adhesive Inc.’s customers are our most important asset and we believe we must supply our products in a manner which meets legal, moral, and ethical grounds of all our customers. No National Adhesive Inc. employee is authorized to deviate from this policy.

WARRANTY
All National Adhesive Inc. products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from date of shipment. This constitutes National Adhesive Inc. only warranty in connection with National Adhesive Inc. products, and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, written or oral. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE THAT APPLY TO THIS SALE. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of National Adhesive Inc., nor to assume for National Adhesive Inc. any other liability in connection with any of National Adhesive Inc.’s products, except an officer of National Adhesive Inc. in a signed statement.

LIMITATION OF REMEDY
National Adhesive Inc. will replace (FOB factory) any National Adhesive Inc. product proved to be defective. National Adhesive Inc. is not liable for damage of any sort whatsoever, including incidental or consequential damages. National Adhesive Inc. will not be liable for delay caused by said defects and will not be responsible for works or repairs done by others. National Adhesive Inc. assumes no liability for errors which may appear in National Adhesive Inc. literature.

GlueAngel’s sole warranty is that the product will meet the GlueAngel sales specifications in effect at the time of shipment. Your exclusive remedy for breach of such a warranty is limited to refund of purchase price or replacement of any product shown to be other than as warranted.

GlueAngel specifically disclaims any other express of implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Unless GlueAngel provides you with a specific, duly signed endorsement of fitness for use, GlueAngel disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages. Suggestions of use shall not be taken as inducements to infringe any patent.
