I tried it on 3 different items, wood, glass, and ceramic, they all came apart easily after 24 hours. I reverted back to super glue and gorilla wood glue.

If you've ever attempted this type of repair, you know it's very difficult and typically doesn't last. I'm happy to report that using this glue and activator seems to be doing the job. I let them sit overnight before wearing and after a few times wearing them while doing lots of bending and lifting, the repaired sole is still attached and feels like it's not going anywhere. So far I'm impressed and on the look out for other possible uses for this over something like clear gorilla glue, which used to be my go-to.
